Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the YVP Financial Technologies Private Limited (Xpensease.com)mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and operated by Yash Khandelwal (hereinafter referred to as the"Service Provider").

Free Trial

Xpensease offers a 7-day free trial for its premium features. During this trial period, users can explore all premium functionalities without any charges.

Users are encouraged to evaluate the Application thoroughly during the free trial period before opting for a paid subscription.

Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

Once the free trial period ends and a user subscribes to a premium plan, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

At present, Xpensease does not support subscription cancellation or refundsafter a premium plan has been purchased. Users will continue to have access to premium features for the duration of their subscription period.

No refunds will be provided for partial usage, unused time, or accidental purchases.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error
• Unauthorized transaction proven with valid evidence

Any such request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Service Provider’s decision shall be final.
